Today’s life is overloaded with stress and challenges, however there are skills and strategies used at work such as ‘planning, organizing, communicating, setting limits and delegating’ to improve Time Management to achieve a satisfying and fulfilling life professionally!

We all have one thing in common and that is 24 hours a day. Time Management is a skill. Do you have it mastered?

Become highly effective, by identifying and focusing on the activities that give you the highest productivity return for the time you have invested. Work smart, not hard.
There are many ways to make sure that you have productive days, a helpful tip for meeting is to set up meetings for 30 minutes instead of 1 hour slots. By limiting the time you are more focused to achieve objectives.

If you are serious, about team productivity and achieving goals, scheduling and planning time is vital. As you relax over the weekend, take a few minutes and invest in your future wisely, by planning your goals for the week ahead that you want to achieve for the week it will be far more productive.

Here are a few guidelines to get you started on the time management process:

  1. Get organized: Every second counts, you cannot afford to waste time, being organised and taking 5 minutes to plan your day to get the most of your day. Take 30 minutes each morning to plan your day
  2. Prioritise your tasks, what’s urgent is not always important
  3. Allocate a time to each task
  4. Eliminate distractions
  5. Lastly, be focused to the way you work.
  6. Schedule “You” time to reward yourself. Taking some time off for yourself will not only benefit you, but it will benefit your career and family as well with a fresh and renewed look.
