The world of work is characterised by situations which require individuals to understand and resolve conflicting opinions and opposing viewpoints.  This focus of this course is to equip the learner with the necessary skills to prepare and conduct negotiations successfully. The learner will also understand how to conclude and evaluate negotiations in a meaningful way to ensure that optimal resolutions are found and agreed upon. 8 Credits. NQF Level 5.
